Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views were stunning and the room was spacious, the overall service was lacking, with rooms not being cleaned and amenities not functioning properly. It feels like it's lost its touch as a luxury stay, but if you're on a budget and just need a place to crash, it’s workable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views of the Shotover River are stunning and the rooms are decent and clean, but the overall condition of the place leaves something to be desired. I appreciated the friendly service at the reception, but there were significant issues during dining that really took away from the experience. Additionally, I found the spa facilities to be underwhelming, particularly the temperatures of the pools.
We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel, just outside Queenstown. The room was spacious and offered amazing views of the Shotover River and surrounding mountains. The staff made us feel welcome, and the breakfast options were a delightful surprise. However, the service at times was lacking, and a few amenities left much to be desired. Overall, it was great value for money, particularly for the view and comfort of the room.
My stay at this hotel was simply delightful! The ambiance was calming, and the staff really went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. The room was spacious and boasted stunning views of the surrounding area. The amenities were fantastic, particularly the spa facilities and indoor heated pool. However, the shower could use some updates as it felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Overall, it was a great value for money, especially given the beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of town.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel with stunning views and great facilities like the pool and spa. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. However, our room had some issues such as worn furnishings and a bit of coldness, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
